Pacers Swept by River Hawks on Senior Day

Scranton, Pa. — Marywood University finished its men's and women's swimming and diving regular season with losses to Susquehanna University on Saturday. The Pacers fell 173-79 in women's and 149-48 in men's.

Marywood honored seniors Samantha Peck, Aubrey Mangan, Nathan Grosvenor and Zach Grosvenor prior to the match.

Peck earned a pair of victories in the butterfly events. She won the 200 butterfly in 2:28.88. Peck touched first in the 100 butterfly in 1:05.28.

Alex Corcoran claimed the men's 50 free in 17.33 seconds.

Emerson Gellert took second with a 2:09.67 finish. She was runner-up in the 100 butterfly in 1:06.32.

Aubrey Mangan recorded a runner-up swim in the 100 breast and 200 breast (2:50.27). She was third in the 100 free with a 1:01.51 performance.

Molly Englehardt swam to second in the 500 free in 5:41.49. She was third in the 200 back in 2:27.17 and 50 free in 27.31 seconds.

Nathan Grosvenor swam a 2:39.08 for second place in the 200 breast.

Tori Sills swam a 400 IM time of 5:29.4.

In the men's 400 IM, Alex McCarey recorded a 5:23.31.

The womens' 400 free relay of Mangan, Gellert, Peck and Englehardt clocked in at 4:02.09.

Marywood will compete at the Atlantic East Conference Championships on Feb. 13-16 at St. Mary's College of Maryland.
