Barwick Named AEC Player of the Week, Rosengrant to Weekly Honor Roll

Haddonfield, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Field Hockey Weekly Award Winners Monday. Marywood's Brooke Barwick earned Player of the Week honors while Liv Rosengrant was named to the Weekly Honor Roll.

Barwick had a goal and an assist in both of Marywood's 3-0 wins this week. She scored off a Jordan Saybe pass and assisted Amelia Niven's first goal in the Pacers' win over Immaculata in an Atlantic East championship rematch. Barwick drove 30 yards before scoring and struck a hard shot that was redirected by Lany Straub in Marywood's 3-0 shutout over Manhattanville.

Rosengrant helped the Marywood defense to a pair of 3-0 shutouts in Atlantic East play. She kept Immaculata out of the cage, despite 12 shots on goal, in the Pacers win in the rematch of last year's Atlantic East final. Rosegrant had a diving defensive save in the first quarter of Saturday's victory over Manhattanville. Rosegrant moved into a tie for sixth all-time at Marywood with her 10th career defensive save.

The Pacers will host TCNJ, Wednesday afternoon.
