Cardillo Tabs AEC Runner of the Week Honors, Redman to Weekly Honor Roll

Haddonfield, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men's and Women's Cross Country weekly award winners on Monday, Marywood's Joseph Cardillo won Runner of the Week honors while Paige Redman earned Weekly Honor Roll.

Cardillo recorded a strong time of 25:30.0 at the ever-famous Paul Short Run white race, finishing 68th out of 407 runners who took on the 8k course. The senior beat his previous best on the course by just one tenth of a second and guided the Pacers to a 35th place team finish.

Redman came in 45th place at the Paul Short Run green race, hosted by Lehigh. She finished with a 6K time of 24:25.8. Marywood finished in 26th place out of 34 teams.

Marywood is set to race again October 18th at Connecticut College.
