Jones Named to NFHCA Division III Senior Team

Jones is the third Marywood student-athlete to be named to the NFHCA Division III Senior Team

Colorado Springs, Colo. — Marywood University's Dariane Jones was selected to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division III Senior Team, officials announced Thursday. Jones becomes the third Marywood student-athlete to be selected to the team.

The Factoryville, Pa. native was named the 2025 Atlantic East Conference Plaer of the Year and the Atlantic East Tournament Most Valuable Player. She earned her second consecutive First Team All-Atlantic East laurel. Jones was selected to the NFHCA Second Team All-Region IV in 2024.

Jones led the Pacers to their second consecutive Atlantic East championship and NCAA Division III postseason berth. She scored 15 goals and six assists for 36 points.

She concludes her career with 46 goals and 120 points. Jones tied the Marywood career record with 28 assists.

It is the second straight season Marywood has produced a member of the NFHCA Senior Team. Maria Tomada and Cydney Lahr received the honor in 2024.

Selections are based on nominations submitted by NFHCA member coaches and reviewed by committees composed entirely of NFHCA coach members. Seniors are eligible for selection only once during their collegiate careers.
