McCarey, Gellert Named to Atlantic East Weekly Honor Roll

Haddonfield, N.J. — Marywood University's Alex McCarey and Emerson Gellert were selected to the Atlantic East Conference Weekly Honor Roll in men's and women's swimming. Both Pacers teams had resounding wins over Gallaudet.

McCarey won three individual events versus Gallaudet. He touched first in the 100 butterfly in 1:04.66. McCarey beat out the 100 back field in 1:05.21. He also had a win in the 1,000 free in 12:51.24.

Gellert was a triple winner to lead the Pacers over Gallaudet. She raced to a 100 butterfly win in 1:07.31. Gellert took first in the 200 free in 2:14.14. She was the top finisher in the 100 free in 1:02.42.
