Dubisz Named Pitcher of the Week, McDonald Lands on Honor Roll

Haddonfield, N.J.- The Atlantic East Conference announced the softball weekly award winners on Monday as Marywood's Emily Dubisz was named Pitcher of the Week and Renee McDonald was selected to the weekly honor roll.

Dubisz sported a 0.00 ERA in five innings this week. In a 9-1 win over Saint Elizabeth, she pitched a complete game victory by allowing zero earned runs, five base hits and one walk. She struck out four. 

McDonald batted .714 over two games to lead the Pacers to an Atlantic East sweep over Saint Elizabeth. She went 5-for-7 with two runs, a double, and an RBI. McDonald hit 3-for-3 in a 9-1 nightcap victory. 

Marywood heads to Centenary University tomorrow afternoon.
