Marywood University Pacers

Bob Bugno spent seven seasons as head coach of the Marywood College softball team. During that span Bugno turned the Pacers into one of the region's most powerful foes.

From 1981-97 Bugno led Marywood to an overall record of 111 wins and just 27 losses and one tie (.802 win percentage) . During that same time period the Pacers posted seven winning seasons, three of which ended with 20 or more wins.

Bugno's run at Marywood culminated when his squad won the 1987 Eastern States Athletic Conference title while fashioning a school record 22-2 mark.
