Erika Cook Larrabee

Erika (Cook) Larrabee, originally from Wyalusing, was a softball standout for the Pacers from 2006-2009.  A 2010 graduate of Marywood University, Larrabbee became the first academic All-American in school history when she was named Third Team College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America in 2008. She was named CoSIDA Academic All-District 2 in both 2008 (First Team) and 2009 (Second Team).

In addition to her prowess in the classroom, Cook Larrabee was named a Louisville Slugger/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-East Region selection for District 2 in both 2008 (First Team) and 2009 (Second Team).  She was a First Team All-Conference selection in 2006, 2008 and 2009 and an Honorable Mention honoree in 2007.  

Cook Larrabee and was named the Co-Senior Student-Athlete of the Year at Marywood in 2008-09 and was a Pacer Scholar Athlete in 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09.  She was named to the Conference Academic Honor Roll in both 2008 and 2009 and is the current record holder for triples in a season with 10 in 2009.

Other notable accomplishments from Cook Larrabee include leading the team to the most wins in program history (27) in 2009, earning team MVP honors in 2006, 2007 (co) and 2009, and being the team captain in both 2008 and 2009. Cook Larrabee and her teammates enjoyed a four-year record of 80-69 (46-40 conference) and earned conference playoff berths in both 2008 and 2009.

At the end of her playing career in 2009, Cook Larrabee ranked first all-time in career runs scored (153), career hits (218), career doubles (45), career triples (19), highest career batting average (.435), career games played (164).  She also owned the single-season records for hits (66 in 2008) and ranked tied for second in single season runs scored (47 in 2008) and second in single season batting average (.524 in 2008). 

Cook Larrabee currently resides in Durham, Maine with her husband Tom and two children, Eloise and Juliet.  She serves as the Summer Children's Ministry Coordinator at Christ the Redeemer Church in Portland, Maine.
