Tracie Rieder Rhoades, Scranton, was honored for her outstanding athletic achievements as a member of the women's basketball team. Rhoades, a 1993 graduate of Marywood College, was a starting member of the team for four consecutive seasons. Rhoades, the second all-time leading scorer in Pacer women's basketball history with 1,660 career points, is the current holder for several women's basketball program records.

Rhoades, whose playing career spanned from 1989-1993, is still the Marywood career record holder for field goals made (734), field goals attempted (1,529); total rebounds (1,097) and blocks (139). She is also the single-season record holder in several categories, including three she set during the 1992-1993 season. Rhoades holds single-season records for field goals made (219), field goals attempted during that same year (467), defensive rebounds 191 (1992-93).

Additionally, Rhoades also set the record for total rebounds in a single season with 319 during the 1990-91 campaign, and she currently holds the individual game records at Marywood for field goals made in a single game (16) and field goals attempted in a single game (28).

Named as a 1st team selection to the inaugural Pennsylvania Athletic Conference All-PAC women's basketball team during her senior year, Rhodes is presently employed by the Pocono Mountain School District as a 7th grade learning support teacher. She teaches students who have a specific learning disability. She and her husband, Steve, along with their two children Matthew and Michael, reside in Scranton.
