Paul Kania '13 M'15 was an instrumental student-athlete responsible for establishing the men's golf program from the ground up. He assisted the coaching staff in recruiting students with interested in playing competitive golf. As a dream became a reality, Kania played for the team during his junior, senior and graduate years. He set the footing for a program that earned back-to-back CSAC championships and NCAA tournament appearances in just its fourth and fifth years of competition.
Kania was a two-time All-CSAC First Team honoree, and he finished runner-up in the 2013 CSAC Championships. He is the only three-time Team MVP in men's golf program history.
