Nicole Malloy has been with the Athletic Department since 1992, first serving as the Coordinator of Intramurals and now in her role as Assistant Director of Athletics and Recreation for Internal Operations.

In her time as Coordinator of Intramurals, over 40 intramural and recreation programs had been developed for student, faculty, staff, and the Marywood community.

When they say that an individual wears many hats, this statement fits Nicole Malloy perfectly. Nicole was an assistant softball coach for five years helping lead the Pacers to the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference softball crown in 1995. Nicole was an assistant coach for the field hockey teams for six years, during which the Pacers won two PAC championship titles and 2 runner-up finishes in the PAC, including a repeat PAC Championship. She also coached softball for three seasons.

During her collegiate days, Nicole was a force on the field in both field hockey and softball. She was a four-year member field hockey team. Her defensive experienced led the Pacers through a rebuilding era into a leader of the PAC. Nicole was named to the ESAC All Conference squad as a sophomore and field hockey MVP in 1989 and again in 1991. She was also a standout four-year softball player batting .335 throughout her career. She helped lead the Pacers to a team 17-9 record in 1989, which gained the Pacers a berth into the 1989 ESAC Softball Playoffs. She was also named the softball MVP during her senior year in 1992.
